Abstract
"MáSCARA, DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA DEPOSITAR REAGENTES SOBRE UM SUPORTE ANALìTICO PARA AMOSTRAS BIOLóGICAS, MéTODO PARA DETECTAR OS CONSTITUINTES DE UMA OU MAIS AMOSTRAS BIOLóGICAS POR IMUNOFIXAçãO, E, KIT". A invenção trata de uma máscara para distribuir um ou mais reagentes sobre um suporte analítico, particularmente um suporte de eletroforese. A máscara (10) (designada de uma máscara móvel) suportada em um porta-máscara (12) é projetada para ser deslocada acima de zonas predeterminadas sobre um suporte analítico, e compreende orifícios (36) atravessantes para distribuir reagentes sobre o suporte analítico.A invenção tem aplicação, por exemplo, no campo de detectar e caracterizar constituintes presentes em uma amostra biológica. Mais especificamente, a detecção pode ser realizada por imunofixação.
