Abstract
"MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM PAR DE ELEMENTOS COOPERANTES". Para fabricar um conjunto de eixo de transmissão axialmente telescópico, primeiro e segundo elementos tubulares são dispostos em uma relação axialmente sobreposta. Porções centrais dos elementos tubulares concêntricos são, então, deformadas em conformidade com uma cavidade de matriz tendo um formato de seção transversal não circular. o primeiro e o segundo elementos tubulares deformados são, então, cortados para proporcionar dois pares de seções tubulares externas e internas. A seguir, as seções tubulares externas são removidas das seções tubulares internas associadas e as seções tubulares internas são orientadas de modo que as porções deformadas das mesmas sejam alinhadas com as porções deformadas das seções tubulares externas. Por último, as porções deformadas das seções tubulares internas são inseridas dentro das porções deformadas das seções tubulares externas para formar um par de conjuntos de eixo de transmissão axialmente telescópico.
