Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAR CONJUNTO COMBINADO DE TUBO DE EIXO DE ACIONAMENTO E FORQUILHA". Um método para fabricar um conjunto combinado de tubo de eixo de acionamento e forquilha inclui a etapa inicial de fornecer uma peça de trabalho que tem uma primeira porção definindo uma primeira espessura de parede e uma segunda porção definindo uma segunda espessura de parede que é diferente da primeira espessura de parede.A primeira e a segunda porções podem ser primeira e segunda seções que são separadas entre si e unidas. Alternativamente, as primeira e segunda porções podem ser formadas integralmente entre si. Um par de braços de forquilha tendo respectivas aberturas através dos mesmos é formado na primeira porção da peça de trabalho a fim de fornecer um conjunto combinado de tubo de eixo de acionamento e forquilha. Uma bucha de mancal pode ser disposta em cada uma das aberturas. Alternativamente, os braços de forquilha podem ter aberturas flangeadas respectivas formadas através dos mesmos.
