Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE ISOLAMENTO ACúSTICO DESTINADO A SER MONTADO EM UMA PEçA QUE APRESENTA UMA DIREçãO LONGITUDINAL E UMA PAREDE TUBULAR, E, PEçA TUBULAR, EM PARTICULAR UMA PEçA DE CARROCERIA AUTOMOTIVA". A invenção visa resolver o problema de isolamento acústico de peças tubulares qualquer que seja a forma da seção da peça a isolar, sem a utilização de um elemento de inserção de um custo económico alto. Com essa finalidade, a invenção propõe utilizar um pedaço de material próprio para se expandir em toda a seção da seção, e que é montado em um suporte que pode ser fixado na parede do tubo a isolar. De acordo com um exemplo de realização, um conjunto de isolamento acústico montado em uma peça (K) que apresenta uma direção longitudinal e uma parede tubular (1), compreende uma pastilha (13) expansível por via térmica para formar uma espuma, essa pastilha apresentando duas faces principais paralelas (13f) e que se estendendo essencialmente de acordo com um plano principal a partir de uma primeira porção de parede (1i) e na direção da porção de parede diametralmente oposta, assim como um suporte de pastilha que compreende uma pinça de retenção da pastilha (11) antes de expansão acoplada a meios de fixação sob a forma de um clipe (12) na primeira porção de parede (1i) da peça.
