Abstract
"MEIOS DE MARCAçãO OU GRAVAçãO APLICADOS NA SUPERFìCIE EXTERNA DE CARNES EM GERAL E PRODUTO RESULTANTE". Meios de marcação ou gravação (1), automatizados (A) ou manuais, aplicados na superfície externa (S) de carne (2) em geral, carnes do tipo obtidas em peças (2a), pedaços/cubos (2b), fatias (2c), porções moídas (hambúrgueres, almóndegas) (2d), embutidos (2e) e/ou qualquer outra forma, carne (2) de qualquer espécie ou procedência (bovina, suína, de frango, peixe, bubalina, enchidos - em tripas naturais e ou artificiais - e outras espécies), em estado cru (resfriado ou congelado), assado, frito, curado, seco, defumado, etc., procedente ou não de etapas de preparo (E), ou seja, temperada ou não, e que é encaminhada para equipamentos ou dispositivos (3) produtores de calorias ou de raios de intensidade adequada, regulados, preferencialmente por PLC, para que de acordo com o tipo de carne a ser marcada, sejam obtidas gravações (4) em baixo ou alto relevo, passíveis de reproduzir logomarcas (L) e demais informações técnicas (T) na superfície (S) da referida carne (2), tornando possível o reconhecimento através da visão e/ou do tato do consumidor.
