Abstract

"MéTODO DE SINTONIZAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE ACIONAMENTO POR CORREIRA". A presente invenção compreende um método de uso de tensionadores (10, 20) a fim de sintonizar um sistema de acionamento por correia. Um tensionador (10) tendo uma proporção de amortecimento é usado sobre um lado frouxo de correia de acessório, e um tensionador (20) tendo uma proporção de amortecimento é usado sobre um lado apertado de correia de acessório. Fora de uma faixa de velocidade de motor predeterminada, o braço de tensionador de lado apertado não se movimenta, uma vez que a tensão dinâmica no vão é menor que o amortecimento de fricção de tensionador de lado apertado. Dentro de uma faixa de velocidade de motor predeterminada, o braço de tensionador de lado apertado se movimenta a fim de amortecer a vibração de um sistema de acionamento por correia.
