Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE DUAS ARTICULAçõES". A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de duas articulações para a ligação articulada de elementos de guia, de preferência, de um sistema de alavancas de direção de um veículo automotor, com uma peça de articulação comum, na qual cada uma das duas articulações apresenta uma carcaça de articulação ligada, respectivamente, com um elemento de guia e um casquilho do mancal alojado dentro da carcaça de articulação, no qual é recebido um pino acoplado fixamente, móvel e podendo girar, com a peça de articulação comum, no qual de acordo com a invenção, correspondendo a uma primeira variante de execução, um pino (26) de uma articulação (4) apresenta uma abertura (24) que passa no eixo longitudinal do pino, através da qual o pino (17) da outra articulação (5) se encaixa com uma área do parafuso (23) que se encontra nessa articulação, sendo que na extremidade livre da área do parafuso (23) afastada do pino (17) da outra articulação (5) está disposta uma porca de retenção (29). Uma outra variante de solução prevê que, os dois pinos (26) de cada articulação (4, 5) apresentem, respectivamente, uma abertura (24) que passa no eixo longitudinal do pino, através da qual um parafuso (31) provido de uma área da cabeça alargada se encaixa, o qual em sua extremidade livre afastada da área da cabeça (32) apresenta uma porca de retenção (29) ligada com esse parafuso, podendo ser solta. As variantes de solução publicadas apresentam a vantagem que as articulações individuais da disposição de duas articulações podem ser montadas de forma simples e podem ser substituídas individualmente.
