Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE ENVOLTóRIOS DE PRODUTO, UMA FOLHA PARA FORMAR UM ENVOLTóRIO OBTIDA PELO MéTODO, E UMA TIRA PARA OBTER A FOLHA". Produtos de confeitaria (2) são acondicionados simplesmente em envoltórios torcidos (1) preparados de uma tira (3) revestida com primeiras faixas longitudinais (4) e segundas faixas transversais (5) de adesivo, as faixas transversais espaçadas à parte para criar zonas livres de adesivo (6) oferecidas em contato direto aos produtos (2), e impelidas a avançarem ao longo de uma trajetória de ajuste (P) em uma dada direção de alimentação (D). A tira é preparada com um ponto de rasgamento fácil (A) em cada segunda faixa de adesivo (5), consistindo de um primeiro entalhe (7) que se estende paralelo ao eixo geométrico longitudinal da tira (3), e um segundo entalhe (8) superimposto no primeiro entalhe (7); a tira (3) é, em seguida, cortada transversalmente ao longo das segundas faixas (5) para gerar folhas simples (11), cada uma apresentando uma indentação (12) e uma projeção (13) gerada pelo segundo entalhe (8). A folha (11) é dobrada ao redor do produto para produzir um envoltório hermeticamente vedado (1) designado abrir por rasgamento a partir dos entalhes.
