Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO DE UM TECIDO COMPóSITO NãO TRAMADO E TECIDO PRODUTO DO MESMO". A presente invenção fornece um processo para formação de um tecido compósito não tramado, que inclui as etapas de a) provisão de uma primeira camada que inclui fibras contínuas fragmentáveis, b) fragmentação de pelo menos uma porção das fibras contínuas fragmentáveis em filamentos fragmentados, c) após isto, sobreposição de uma segunda camada e uma primeira camada, onde a segunda camada inclui fibras têxteis e d) emaranhamento das primeira e segunda camadas para formar um tecido compósito.
