Abstract
"APARELHO, KIT, E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR DNA DE MARCAçãO EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA, E, PASTILHA DE DNA PARA DETECTAR DNA DE MARCAçãO EM UMA AMOSTRA". Aparelhos e métodos são descritos para detectar DNA de marcação em uma amostra biológica usando sondas de captura e hibridização eletricamente auxiliada. A célula de reação é formada com uma superfície de fixação de óxido de alumínio para melhorar as propriedades térmicas e físicas, e a superfície de óxido de alumínio é revestida com anticorpo anti-DIG para prover uma camada de fixação conveniente para as sondas de captura, permitindo sua orientação correta, enquanto as sondas de captura são formadas com um rótulo DIG, de modo que elas se fixam na superfície da célula através de uma ligação anti-DIG/DIG.
