Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO 5<39>-XANTìLICO". A invenção relaciona-se com Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJXOL 0201 KCCM 10447 produzindo ácido 5<39>-xantílico. Mais especificamente, a invenção relaciona-se com Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CJXOL 0201 KCCM 10447 a qual é uma cepa mutante de Corynebacterium ammoniagenes KCCM 10340 tendo uma resistência a oligomicina. Para obter cepa mutante tendo atividade respiratória reforçada, a presente invenção adotou Corynebacterium ammoniagenes KCCM 10340 como cepa de origem e tratou-a com radiação UV e derivados de mutação tais como N-metil-N<39>-nitro-n-nitrosoguanidina (NTG) de acordo com procedimento ordinário. Portanto, a Corynebacterium anunoniagenes CJXOL 0201 KCCM 10447 da presente invenção torna possível aumentar a atividade de reprodução para um mesmo período de fermentação e pode acumular ácido 5<39>-xantílico em meio de cultura em uma alta produção e taxa de concentração.
