Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O RESFRIAMENTO DE LANçAS DE SOPRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o resfriamento de lanças de sopro, que para o tratamento de fusões de metal líquidas que se encontram em recipientes metalúrgicos, em particular, de um aço submetido a um vácuo em recipientes de RH, e/ou para o aquecimento de fusões de metal (eventualmente sob vácuo), podem ser conduzidas para dentro e para fora do interior do recipiente, por meio de um dispositivo de levantamento, e que possuem, pelo menos, um tubo de guia interno para a condução de gases, em particular, de oxigênio, com uma desembocadura da lança na extremidade da cabeça, para o sopro do gás sobre a fusão de metal, e que apresentam uma camisa de resfriamento que se estende ao longo de seu comprimento, para a condução de um meio de resfriamento, que é executado como tubo da camisa de resfriamento de parede dupla, que apresenta um canal de resfriamento interno e um canal de resfriamento externo, com um tubo de desvio na área da extremidade da cabeça, sendo que, o recipiente metalúrgico está ligado a uma bomba a vácuo para o abaixamento da pressão. De acordo com a invenção, a potência de aspiração da bomba que está à disposição momentaneamente limita o fluxo máximo do gás empregado como meio de resfriamento.
