Abstract

"VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PRODUTOS GêNICOS HETERóLOGOS E PROCESSO DE SELEçãO PARA CéLULAS RECOMBINANTES DE ALTA PRODUçãO". Um vetor de expressão para células eucarióticas que abrange um gene que codifica uma proteína de interesse, em combinação funcional com um promotor ubiquitina/S27a de hamster e um gene que codifica uma proteína fluorescente. De preferência, o vetor de expressão contém, ainda, um gene marcador da seleção amplificável. São descritas, ainda, células hospedeiras transfectadas com o vetor de expressão, de preferência, células de mamíferos, processos para a preparação de produtos gênicos heterólogos e um processo para a seleção de células de alta produção.
