Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A MONTAGEM OU DESMONTAGEM DE UMA PARTE DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA SEM O USO DE UM GUINDASTE, E, INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA". Já é há muito tempo conhecido usar guindastes móveis para a montagem de lâminas de rotor em uma instalação de energia eólica. Tais guindastes apanham a lâmina de rotor na base da instalação de energia eólica e a levam à conexão de lâmina de rotor do cubo da instalação de energia eólica de modo que a lâmina de rotor pode ser conectada com o cubo. Esta conexão é efetuada usualmente por meio de aparafusamento, sendo que pinos de parafuso no flange de conexão da lâmina de rotor são inseridos no flange de conexão da lâmina de rotor, os quais penetram em correspondentes perfurações na conexão de lâmina de rotor, de modo que porcas podem ser rosqueadas nos pinos de parafuso e desta maneira a lâmina de rotor é fixada no cubo. O objetivo da invenção é de evitar as desvantagens acima indicadas e, em particular, prover uma alternativa barata para a operação de montagem de lâmina. O objetivo é atingido com um processo para a montagem de lâmina tendo as características de acordo com a reivindicação 1. Desenvolvimentos vantajosos da invenção são expostos nas reivindicações subordinadas. O processo para a montagem ou desmontagem de uma lâmina de rotor (12) de uma instalação de energia eólica (1) sem o uso de um guindaste em uma conexão de lâmina de rotor (9) em um cubo (8) de um rotor (5) da instalação de energia eólica (1), destaca-se pelo fato de que pelo menos um cabo (14, 15) é esticado entre uma parte na região de cubo (8) da instalação de energia eólica e a região de fundo (13) da instalação de energia eólica (1) e a lâmina de rotor (12) é movida ao longo do cabo (14, 15) para cima por ocasião da montagem ou para baixo por ocasião da desmontagem.
