Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE DISSOCIAçãO DE áGUA POR ELETRóLISE". A invenção se refere à eletroquímica. O dispositivo da invenção compreende um eletrolisador, um corpo que é arranjado sobre um eixo acoplado com um acionador rotativo e provido com canais de fornecimento de solução de eletrólito e retirada de produtos da eletrólise, um canal de retirada da solução de eletrólito, eletrodos em curto-circuito, um dos quais encontra-se no eixo, e o outro estando formado pela superfície interna do corpo, e um trocador de calor. O dito dispositivo, é provido com unidades de mancal superior e inferior, com um eixo que é verticalmente disposto nas mesmas e com um circuito externo de circulação de solução de eletrólito, que compreende uma câmara anular para dita solução de eletrólito provida com uma superfície interna em forma de voluta, instalada de maneira fixa na unidade de mancal superior, um sensor de presença de solução de eletrólito e um misturador para a mesma, que é ligado a linhas de fornecimento de eletrólito e água e com o canal de fornecimento de solução de eletrólito. O canal de retirada de eletrólito é incorporado em uma tampa superior e munida de válvula reguladora, que está ligada com a câmara anular de solução de eletrólito. A dita superfície interna do corpo é provida com pelo menos uma ranhura de guia. A linha de fornecimento de água é provida com um dispositivo de regulagem do vazão de água. A linha de retirada dos produtos da eletrólise é provida com uma unidade para bombear para fora ditos produtos. O trocador de calor está instalado no circuito externo de circulação da solução do eletrólito e um sensor de presença de solução de eletrólito é ligado com o dispositivo de regulagem de vazão de água e com acionador de eixo rotativo.
