Abstract

"COMPONENTES CERáMICOS DE CARBONETO DE SILìCIO COM CAMADA DE óXIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um componente cerâmico, incluindo um corpo cerâmico contendo carboneto de silício, e uma camada de óxido provida sobre o corpo cerâmico, a camada de óxido contendo uma fase cristalina tendo cristais de formato anisotrópico compreendendo pelo menos um de alumina e um aluminossilicato.
