Abstract

"SISTEMA DE LIMPEZA DE AR ACIONADO POR MOTOR E MéTODO DE FABRICAR O MESMO". São descritos um sistema de limpeza de ar acionado por motor (31) e um método para fabricar o sistema. O sistema compreende uma trajetória de fluxo (22) se estendendo através do sistema a partir de uma entrada de ar (4) para uma saída de ar limpo (5). Um ventilador acionado por motor (24) localizado ao longo da trajetória de fluxo retira o ar carregado de resíduos particulados de dentro da entrada e roda em torno de um eixo (A-A) para formar um fluxo rotativo que estratifica o ar carregado de resíduos com as partículas mais pesadas nas órbitas mais externas do fluxo rotativo. Um orifício ejetor (8) é fornecido para ejetar ar carregado de resíduos particulados do fluxo rotativo estratificado no sistema para o ambiente. Um filtro de ar (9) localizado dentro do fluxo rotativo e através da trajetória de fluxo à montante dos filtros mais externos das órbitas mais internas do fluxo rotativo estratificado., O sistema é formado de uma pluralidade de componentes (2, 3) separadamente montável em localizações remotas (32, 33) em um dispositivo a ser suprido com ar limpo.
