Abstract
"CATALISADOR DE VANáDIO à BASE DE ARGILA MODIFICADA, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM CATALISADOR DE VANáDIO à BASE DE ARGILA MODIFICADA E PROCESSO PARA A CONVERSãO DE 3-PICOLINA EM 3-CIANOPIRIDINA EM UMA úNICA ETAPA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um catalisador de amonoxidação conversor altamente ativo usando um óxido de metal complexo que contém P, V e Me suportado sobre Ti-PILC, cujo processo envolve o aquecimento em um banho de água de uma fonte de vanádio com ácido oxálico na presença de água para a formação de oxalato de vanadilo; adicionando uma fonte fosforosa e uma fonte de Me e de Ti-PILC e o aquecimento da mistura resultante na presença de ar a uma temperatura na faixa de entre 110<198>C a 450<198>C por um período na faixa de 15 a 35 horas e o uso do referido catalisador de amonoxidação na preparação de nitrilas hetero aromáticos a partir de piridinas de metila o qual compreende passar como uma corrente reagente de uma mistura gasosa compreendendo, um piridina de metila substituído, amónia e oxigênio (ar) sobre a base fixa do catalisador de amonoxidação a uma temperatura de aproximadamente 350<198>C 450<198>C.
