Abstract

toxina rtx citolítica de gallibacterium anatis. a presente invenção refere-se ao campo da saúde animal e, em particular, ao agente causador de uma nova doença de aves bacteriana causada por gallibacteruim spp, incluindo gallibacterium anatis, gallibacterium genomospecies 1 e gallibacterium genomospecies 2. a invenção fornece uma nova toxina rtx a partir da dita espécie gallibacterium, a nova toxina sendo chamada de gtxa (toxina gallibacterium). além disso, a invenção fornece as sequências de aminoácidos e nucleotídeos de gtxa, uma vacina compreendendo toxoide inativado ou fragmentos do toxoide, bem como métodos de imunização de aves para evitar a dita doença, e métodos de diagnósticos de uma infecção por gallibacterium anatis em aves.
