Abstract
dispositivo para o processamneto de material através de mistura e/ou plastificação. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o processamento de material através de mistura e/ou plastificação, com pelo menos, dois parafusos sem-fim (2,3) cônicos, dispostos um ao lado de outro em uma carcaça do parafuso sem-fim (1) comum, cujos passos da rosca helicoidal estão engrenados entre si e, para a circulação em torno do respectivo eixo do parafuso sem-fim (4,5) são acionados através de, pelo menos, um motor com a mesma rotação de circulação, sendo que, o material a ser processado é conduzido aos parafusos sem-fim (2,3) através de, pelo menos, uma abertura de entrada (6) da caracça do parafuso sem-fim (1), disposta na área de entrada (e) de uma extremidade frontal dos parafusos sem-fim (2,3), e o material a ser processados pelos parafusos sem-fim (2,3) deixa a carcaça do parafuso sem-fim (1) através de , pelo menos , uma abertura de saída (7), disposta na área de entrega (a) da outra extremidade frontal dos parafusos sem-fim (2,3), caracterizado pelo fato de que, a relação entre os valores numéricos dos diâmetros externos dos parafusos sem-fim (c,d) e a sobreposição, portanto, a superfície de sobreposição de ambos os parafusos sem-fim (2,3), tanto na área de entrada (e), como também, na área de entrega (a) está na faixa de um para um e de um para dois.
