Abstract

novo gene de celulose. um objetivo da invenção é a identificação de genes de endoglucanase e <225>-glucosidade através do isolamento do dna genômico contendo genes de celulase, que são classificados em endoglucanases ou <225>glucosidases, a partir de <um> acremonium cellulolyticus<mv>, e sequenciamente das sequências de nucleotídeos do mesmo. os inventores compararam intensivamente as sequências de aminoácidos de endoglucanases e <225>-glucosidases conhecidas para descobrir a região conservada de sequências de aminoácidos em <um>acremonium cellulolyticus<mv>, e vários primers foram projetados com base na informação. a pcr foi realizada usando os vários primers projetados e o dna genômico ou o cdna como um molde. como um resultado, os fragmentos de gene de endoglucanases e <225>-glucosidases foram obtidos. os primers foram projetados com base nos fragmentos de gene, e a pcr foi realizada para amplificar nove genes de endoglucanases e <225>-glucosidases. as sequências de nucleotídeos do mesmo foram sequenciadas e a presente invenção foi concluída.
