Abstract
PROTEÍNA, SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE ÁCIDO ITACÔNICO, VETOR, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA, E, USO DE UM ÁCIDO CIS-ACONÍTICO DESCARBOXILASE. A invenção refere-se à produção de ácido itacônico em microorganismos por introdução em uma célula hospedeira apropriada de um gene codificando para a enzima ácido cis-aconítico descarboxilase, preferivelmente derivada de A. terreus. Outra parte da invenção são as células hospedeiras, preferivelmente de A. niger, providas com os genes acima mencionados.
