Abstract

CONJUGADOS ANTICORPO-FÁRMACO ESPECÍFICOS DE SÍTIO COM LIGANTES CONTENDO PEPTÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se, em geral, a conjugados anticorpo-fármaco compreendendo ligantes contendo peptídeos e a métodos de uso desses conjugados como terapêuticos e/ou diagnósticos. no presente documento A invenção também se refere a arcabouços contendo peptídeos úteis para conjugar com uma porção de direcionamento (por exemplo, um anticorpo), um fármaco ou ambos para produzir os conjugados anticorpo-fármaco.
