Abstract
HIDROGEL HETEROGÊNEO HÍBRIDO, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO E USO DO MESMO COMO IMPLANTE DE. ENCHIMENTO IN SITU NÃO DEGRADÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um implante de enchimento compreendendo uma estrutura fabricada de hidrogel heterogêneo híbrido formado por um copolímero compreendendo: um monômero dendrímero funcionalizado por um radical etileno, um composto acrilamida escolhido de uma metacrilamida N-substituída e uma acrilamida N-substituída, um agente de reticulação e um material copolimerizável bioativo. A estrutura é formada por micropérolas tendo um diâmetro compreendido entre 1,5 mícron e 10 micra e contém principalmente em peso um composto acri-lamida. As micropérolas são montadas para formar agregados contendo entre 5 e 50 micropérolas. Os agregados são ligados através de pontos de reticulação para definirem um arranjo poroso atravessante definindo caminhos de percolação tridimensionais. O arranjo poroso atravessante é formado por poros a maioria do volume de poros dos quais tem um diâmetro compreendido entre 10 e 30 micra. A estrutura tem uma natureza viscoelástica com um módulo de elasticidade compreendido entre 1 e 200 kPa.
