Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA O REVESTIMENTO DE RECIPIENTES". Várias cápsulas Petri (44) ou outros recipientes de vidro ou plásticos são revestidos sobre a superfície de fundo interna dos recipientes, por passagem dos recipientes através de um aparelho de revestimento ou formação de camadas (18). O aparelho inclui um transportador de encaminhamento (12), para passar seq³encialmente os recipientes abertos através de uma estação de enchimento, em que uma quantidade de um material de revestimento é aplicada, enquanto o recipiente é inclinado para um lado, distribuindo assim o material em toda a superfície de fundo do recipiente. Os recipientes são transportados para uma estação de aspiração (20), para aspirar excesso de material, enquanto o recipiente é inclinado no sentido do bocal de aspiração (122). Subseq³ente à etapa de aspiração os recipientes são inclinados na direção oposta, para distribuir o material no recipiente. O material é depois seco e os recipientes empilhados e embalados. O material de revestimento inclui íons metálicos, tais como íons de cálcio ou outros metálicos divalentes, em um veículo adequado, que seja capaz de aderir à superfície de fundo interna do recipiente. O material de revestimento forma uma camada solidificada desidratada aderida sobre a superfície de fundo de recipiente. O material de revestimento pode ser uma solução de água/ágar ou uma resina plástica em um solvente adequado contendo os íons de cálcio.
