Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FILAMENTO DE ARAME, PARTICULARMENTE PARA O REFORçO DE ARTIGOS DE BORRACHA OU DE PLáSTICO, MéTODO PARA SUA PRODUçãO E DISPOSITIVO PARA UTILIZAçãO DO MéTODO"<D>. Para reforçar artigos de borracha ou plástico, particularmente aros pneumáticos, propõe-se um filamento de arame o qual possui um formato em espiral e não exibe tensões torcionais residuais elásticas. Um filamento de arame 8 de acordo com a invenção é produzido torcendo filamentos de arame trefilados e retos 2 na região de deformação plástica com um contra-enrolamento subsequente, pelo menos dois filamentos de arame sendo unidos e combinados antes do contra-enrolamento. Preferencialmente pelo menos dois filamentos de arame 2 são unidos por meio de um disco perfurado 30, enrolados um em torno do outro e deformados plasticamente em um falso-enrolador 20 e subsequentemente contra-enrolados em um falso-enrolador adicional 40.
