Abstract
''áRVORE DE ACIONAMENTO'' Um árvore de acionamento inclui um tubo de transmissão de torque de liga de alumínio e juntas de alumínio, que são pressionadas no interior de cada seção extrema do tubo de transmissão de torque e soldadas à extremidade do tubo de transmissão de torque. Cada seção extrema é reduzida em diâmetro e unida a uma seção central maior, por meio de uma seção de transição. As seções extremas são conformadas por moldagem das extremidades de um tubo em bruto de liga de alumínio radialmente e internamente, em dois estágios. As seções de transição incluem uma nervura anular sob a forma de uma aba concêntrica circular localizada a meio caminho entre porções cónicas interna e externa. A nervura anular enrijece as seções de transição para reduzir a retenção de óleo em depressões e o ruído.
