Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"JUNTA UNIVERSAL DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE"<D>. Uma junta universal de velocidade constante com uma redução maior no impulso indutivo e na resistência ao deslizamento. A junta universal de velocidade constante compreende: um membro de junta externo 10 tendo três ranhuras de trilha 12 cada qual tendo passagens de guia de cilindro opostas no sentido circunferencial 14; um membro trípode 20 com três munhões que se projetam no sentido radial 22; um cilindro 34 inserido em cada uma das ranhuras de trilha 12; e um anel 32 ajustado sobre cada um dos munhões 22 a fim de suportar o cilindro 34 de uma forma rotativa, o cilindro 34 sendo móvel nas direções axiais do membro de junta externo 1 ao longo das passagens de guia de cilindro 14. Aqui, a periferia interna do anel 32 é de formato arqueado e convexo em seção. A periferia externa de cada um dos munhões 22 é de formato reto na seção longitudinal, assim como feito na seção transversal de modo a produzir um contato com a periferia interna do anel 32 ao longo de uma direção perpendicular ao eixo geométrico da junta e criar uma folga com a periferia interna do anel 32 em um direção axial da junta.
