Abstract

<B>RECIPIENTE DISTRIBUIDOR DE AEROSSOL E MéTODO PARA A SUA INSTALAçãO<D>. Um recipiente distribuidor de aerossol (10) é provido tendo o corpo do recipiente fixado aos fechamentos superior e inferior (14,16) em que fechamento superior tem um caracol definindo uma abertura de válvula (30). Disposto na abertura do recipiente está um saco do produto geralmente cilíndrico (11) tendo uma porção de gargalo (44) que se projeta através da abertura da válvula e formando um flange (46) definindo uma abertura do saco, o flange sendo formado a quente para conformar-se à configuração da superfície do caracol depois do corte de uma porção superior. Um copo de válvula (34) está disposto na abertura do saco e tem uma parede do corpo para encaixar a abertura do saco e formando uma vedação impermeável ao ar numa interface entre a parede e o flange do saco. O copo da válvula tem também um dispositivo distribuidor (58) incluindo uma haste (59) para receber o produto do fundo do saco e pelo menos uma ranhura (61) disposta na proximidade da parede do corpo para receber o produto do topo do saco. Um método para instalar o recipiente também é fornecido.
