Abstract

"GRELHA". Um aparelho de grelha controlado por microprocessador para o cozimento simultâneo de dois lados de itens alimentícios. O aparelho de grelha inclui uma placa de cozimento inferior estacionária (11), e uma placa de cozimento superior (20) que é elevada e abaixada por um atuador linear único (31). Esse atuador (31) é abaixado a partir de sua posição aberta angulada mais superior primeiro por um movimento arqueado que gira a borda traseira da placa superior (20) para baixo até qua a placa superior (20) esteja substancialmente paralela a mas elevada, ou flutuando, acima da placa inferior (11) e do alimento não cozido. A seguir, o atuador linear (31) abaixa a placa superior (20) na direção do alimento, enquanto mantém a placa superior (20) horizontal e paralela com relação à placa inferior (11).
