Abstract
"LIGA DE AçO MARTENSìTICO ENDURECìVEL POR ENVELHECIMENTO APRESENTANDO UMA COMBINAçãO SUPERIOR DE RESISTêNCIA E TENACIDADE". Possuindo uma combinação única de resistência muito alta e boa tenacidade e sendo constituída essencialmente por cerca de, em porcentagem em peso, C: 0,21-0,34; Mn: 0,20 máx.; Si: 0,10 máx.; P: 0,008 máx.; S: 0,003 máx.; Cr: 1,5-2,80; Mo: 0,90-1,80; Ni: 10-13; Co: 14,0-22,0; Al: 0,1 máx.; Ti: 0,05 máx.; La: 0,010 máx., o restante sendo essencialmente ferro. Adicionalmente, cério e enxofre são balanceados de modo que a razão Ce/S seja pelo menos cerca de 2 e nao seja maior que cerca de 15. Uma quantidade pequena, porém eficaz, de cálcio pode estar presente substituindo algum ou todo o cério e lantânio.
