Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PASTA DE CASTANHA POR ADIçãO DE óLEO à PASTA ANTES DA MISTURA DE CISALHAMENTO ALTO"<D>. Pastas de castanha, especialmente manteiga de amendoim, tendo uma viscosidade relativamente baixa de cerca de 2000 centipoise ou menos, que têm uma pegajosidade significativamente reduzida, contudo mantém a intensidade de castanha desejada estas pastas de castanha são obtidas por alta mistura de cisalhamento de uma mistura de pasta de castanha, adicionada de óleo, mais qualquer outro ingrediente de pasta de castanha tais como: sal, açúcar, emulsificador e estabilizador de manteiga de amendoim, para reduzir a viscosidade da pasta a cerca de 2000 centipoise ou menos.
