Abstract

LACTAçãO BOVINA ASSOCIADA A PROTEìNA IMUNOTRóPICA (CD14), GENE CODIFICADO E APLICAçãO NA ATIVAçãO DE CéLULA B Proteína purificada do colestral bovino e seq³ências de nucleotídeos isoladas codificando a proteína ser identificada. A proteína bovina isolada é proteína imunotrópico associada de lactação de bovina (Bo-LAIT). O homólogo da proteína Bo-LAIT, proteína Hu-LAIT, é também descrito. Um método de ativação das células B, e particularmente ativação de células B em mamíferos, tais como um humano, quando necessita de tal ativação por administração de proteína LAIT é descrito. Proteína LAIT pode ser administrada a uma criança, como alimento para criança tal como: proteína LAIT pode ser incorporado como parte de uma vacinação. Proteína LAIT pode ser administrada a um paciente possuindo uma deficiência imunológica a célula T, por exemplo, um disfunção celular particularmente T em que gp39 (CD40L) é expressa sob ou totalmente ausente na superfície celular das células T do paciente. Preparação de medicamentos incluindo proteína LAIT para ativação das células B em um mamífero que necessita de tal ativação é descrita. Proteína LAIT natural ou recombinante pode ser utilizado.
