Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ARTIGOS MOLDADOS COMESTìVEIS, ESPECIALMENTE FOLHAS PLANAS E EM TUBOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a artigos moldados comestíveis na estrutura de uma folha plana ou em tubo à base de biopolímeros plastificáveis, seus produtos de dissociação ou derivados e/ou polímeros sintéticos de monómeros naturais, que são caracaterizados pelo fato de serem preparados por um processo com as seguintes etapas: a) mistura dos biopolímeros, seus produtos de dissociação ou derivados e/ou dos polímeros sintéticos com pelo menos uma plastificante comestível, pelo menos um deslizante e pelo menos um agente de reticulação, b) fusão da mistura assim obtida em uma massa termoplástica, c) extrusão desta massa e d) calandragem e/ou estiramento ou moldagem por sopro do produto obtido na extrusão para a formação do artigo moldado comestível. Os artigos moldados, de acordo com a invenção, prestam-se para embalar alimentos, como salsichas e pressunto cozido. Eles prestam-se especialmente como invólucros de salsichas sem costura.
