''PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO REAQUECìVEL" A invenção provê um processo para produção de um produto alimentício reaquecível, compreendendo as etapas de: a) preparação de um revestimento para o produto alimentício; b) ajuste de capacidade de ligação de água do revestimento de modo que umidade desenvolvidas durante reaquecimento do produto alimentício seja absorvida sem comprometer a friabilidade do exterior do produto; e c) aplicando o revestimento ao produto.
