Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PEQUENO MOTOR COM ENGRENAGEM DE REDUçãO". Pequeno motor com redução é revelado no qual uma seção de engrenagem de redução 21 é integralmente montada com uma seção de motor 20, um eixo de saída 1 é deslocado na direção de um parafuso sem fim 3 fazendo com que a distância do deslocamento seja ligeiramente mais curta do que a distância normal entre os eixos do parafuso sem-fim 3 e a roda helicoidal 4, tirando proveito da resiliência de um componente amortecedor 12 alojado na roda helicoidal da seção de engrenagem de redução 4, uma porção sobre a qual um mancal 26, dentro de um mancal de cabeça 27 da seção do motor 20 está montado, é firmemente fixada dentro de uma parte cilíndrica 9 providenciada sobre a caixa de redução da seção de engrenagem de redução 7, quando a superfície lateral da caixa de engrenagem da seção de engrenagem de redução 7 estiver integralmente montada com uma parte do flange de uma caixa do motor 19, com cavilhas de montagem 30; uma guia de eixo de motor 5, para reduzir a deformação do eixo do motor 6, é providenciada e uma força de reação gerada na direção radial pelo engate do parafuso sem-fim 3 e da roda helicoidal 4 é produzida por uma aleta levantada providenciada sobre a caixa de engrenagem da seção da engrenagem redução 7. Com esta construção, a presente invenção melhora o engate entre o parafuso sem-fim 3 e a roda helicoidal 4 torna a redução do módulo e, portanto, o tamanho do conjunto total, como resultado do engate de engrenagem aperfeiçoado, melhora a durabilidade e reduz ruído da engrenagem.
