Abstract

<MU><B>SEPARADOR DE GáS-LìQUIDO<D><MV>. Em um separador de gás-líquido, em que um orifício de introdução de ar de alta pressão (1a) e um orifício de descarga de ar (1b) são proporcionados respectivamente nas partes inferior e superior de um recipiente cilíndrico dotado de uma câmara oca formada no mesmo, estão previstas: uma placa guia de choque (5) no recipiente cilíndrico (1), com a qual o ar alimentado a partir do orifício de introdução de ar de alta pressão (1a) colide, mudando assim a direção de fluxo do ar; uma placa receptora cónica (6), dotada de uma abertura formada no seu centro em uma parte superior da câmara oca para dividir a câmara oca em câmaras ocas superior e inferior, a câmara oca superior dividida pela placa receptora cónica (6) que fica em comunicação com o orifício de descarga de ar (1b); e uma divisória (8) que é dotada de um orifício de suspiro formado na mesma e que define a câmara oca superior disposta acima da placa receptora cónica (6) em relação oposta, sendo a superfície de colisão de placa guia oca (5) encurvada para seguir uma superfície de parede interna do recipiente cilíndrico (1) ou inclinada para aumentar a passagem de fluxo no sentido do lado jusante. Com essa estrutura, a liquefação de umidade pela colisão com a superfície, isto é, na separação em gás e líquido, é realizada efetivamente, e a perda de energia causada na mudança subseq³ente na direção de fluxo do ar de entrada é reduzida, resultando em que a separação de gás-líquido pode ser alcançada com alta eficiência.
