Abstract

<B>"NOVO SISTEMA ATIVADOR PARA COMPOSTOS DE METALOCENO"<D>. Aluminoxanos contendo grupos alquil C~ 2~-C~ 10~ podem ser convenientemente usados em composições catalíticas suportadas de polimerização de olefina preparadas por contato de um suporte compreendendo um composto sólido que é um óxido de alumínio puro, um óxido de alumínio misto, um sal de alumínio, um haleto de magnésio, ou um haleto de magnésio C~ 1~-C~ 8~ alcoxi, em qualquer ordem com pelo menos: a) um composto organometálico da fórmula geral (1): <B>R1MX~ v-1~<D> em que cada R é o mesmo ou diferente e é um grupo alquil C~ 1~-C~ 10~; <B>M<D> é um metal do Grupo 1, 2, 12 ou 13 da Tabela Periódica; cada <B>X<D> é o mesmo ou diferente e é um de um átomo de halogênio, um átomo de hidrogênio, um radical hidroxila ou um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbiloxi; <B>1<D> é 1, 2 ou 3; <B>v<D> é o número de oxidação do metal <B>M<D>, b) um metaloceno da fórmula geral (2): <B>(C~ p~Y)~ m~M'X'~ n~Z~ o~<D> em que cada <B>C~ p~Y<D> é o mesmo ou diferente e é um de um ligante mono- ou poli- substituído, fundido ou não fundido, homo ou heterocíclico ciclopentadienil, indenil, tetrahidroindenil, fluorenil, ou octahidrofluorenil, ligante que é substituído no seu anel ciclopentadienil com pelo menos um substituinte <B>Y<D> que é um de um radical -OR', -SR', -NR'~ 2~, -C(H ou R')=, ou -PR'~ 2~, cada R' sendo o mesmo ou diferente e sendo um de um grupo hidrocarbil C~ 1~-C~ 16~, um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbil silil ou um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbiloxi silil; <B>M'<D> é um metal de transição do Grupo 4 da Tabela Periódica e ligado ao ligange <B>C~ p~Y<D> pelo menos em um modo de ligação <B><sym>5<D>; cada <B>X'<D> é o mesmo ou diferente e é um de átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio, um grupo hidrocarbil C~ 1~-C~ 8~, um grupo hidrocarbil heteroátomo C~ 1~-C~ 8~ ou um grupo tri-C~ 1~-C~ 8~ hidrocarbil silil ou dois <B>X'<D> formam um anel um com o outro; <B>Z<D> é um átomo de ponte ou grupo entre dois ligantes <B>C~ p~Y<D> ou um ligante <B>C~ p~Y<D> e o metal de transição <B>M'<D>; <B>m<D> é 1 ou 2; <B>o<D> é 0 ou 1; e <B>n<D> é <B>4-m<D> se não existe nenhuma ponte <B>Z<D> ou <B>Z<D> é uma ponte entre dois ligantes <B>C~ p~Y<D>, ou <B>n<D> é <B>4-m-o<D> se <B>Z<D> é uma ponte entre um ligante <B>C~ p~Y<D> e o metal de transição <B>M'<D>, e c) um aluminoxano da seguinte fórmula geral (3): em que cada <B>R''<D> e cada <B>R'''<D> é o mesmo ou diferente e é um grupo alquil C~ 2~-C~ 10~; e <B>p<D> é um inteiro entre 1 e 40; e recuperando a referida composição catalítica suportada de polimerização de olefina.
