Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B> "MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE TUMOR". <D> De acordo com a presente invenção é provido um método de tratamento de um mamífero que tem um tumor sólido, o método compreende: a) administrar ao mamífero uma quantidade eficaz de 1,4 dióxido de 3-amino-1,2,4-benzotriazina; b) administrar ao manífero uma quantidade eficaz de paclitaxel; e c) administrar ao mamífero uma quantidade eficaz de complexo de platina. O método provê eficácia sinergética inesperada. A invenção ainda provê um kit para tratamento de um tumor em mamíferos que compreende 1,4 dióxido de 3-amino-1,2,4-benzotriazina, paclitaxel e um complexo de platina.
