Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO TRANSURETRAL PARA DISTRIBUIçãO DE UM MEDICAMENTO PARA A URETRA DE UM CORPO HUMANO OU ANIMAL''. Um dispositivo transuretral (10) para distribuição de um medicamento para a uretra de um corpo humano ou animal, que compreende um elemento portador do medicamento (3) que apresenta um eixo alongado (9) que tem uma extremidade livre voltada para a frente para inserção no interior da uretra do corpo humano ou animal em uma direção para a frente, o eixo alongado sendo dotado de um canal (15) que tem uma abertura (17) na superfície exterior do eixo alongado para o transporte do medicamento até a uretra. O dispositivo ainda compreende dispositivo (5, 30) adaptado para trazer uma dose do medicamento para o interior do canal a partir de um suprimento fluido do medicamento. O dispositivo pode ainda compreender um revestimento (7) para revestir, de maneira liberável, no mínimo o comprimento inserível do eixo alongado do elemento portador do medicamento antes de sua inserção no interior da uretra do corpo humano ou animal, caso em que o suprimento fluido do medicamento pode ser carregado de maneira conveniente no revestimento.
