Abstract

"VáLVULA HOMOGENEIZADORA" A invenção refere-se a uma válvula homogeneizadora (1) que compreende um cone de válvula móvel pressurizado (5), um assento de válvula (6) e um alojamento de válvula (2) que cerca o cone (5) e o assento (6). O cone de válvula (5) e o assento de válvula (6) são dipostos de forma que um estrangulamento ocorra entre os mesmos, o que constitui um espaço de homogeneização (7) possuindo uma altura de espaço h. Ambos o cone (5) e o assento de válvula (6) são preferivelmente simétricos em rotação, o que implica que o espaço de homogeneização (7) seja radial. Pela extensão do comprimento total do espaço de homogeneização (7), uma altura h inferior do espaço será obtida. O comprimento maior do espaço foi realizado visto que o espaço do homogeneização (7) é concentricamente disposto ao longo do estrangulamento radial, em pelo menos dois e preferivelmente três espaços concêntricos (7). A válvula homogeneizadora (1) é destinada a ser utilizada de forma retroencaixada nos homogeneizadores existentes e foi particularmente produzida a fim de obter uma homogeneização eficiente dos líquidos que são processados a uma pressão inferior e com um fluxo maior tal como, por exemplo, leite pasteurizado.
