Compostos de fórmula I onde R~ 1~ é C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ haloalquila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcóxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcoxicarbonila, ciano, ciano C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, hidróxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, amino C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, CHO, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquil-ON=CH, C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquenila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcoxicarbonil C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquenila ou um grupo -CH(OR~ 20~)OR~ 21~; R~ 20~ e R~ 21~ são independentemente um do outro C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; ou R~ 20~ e R~ 21~ juntos são -(CH~ 2~)~ n1~-; n~ 1~ é 2, 3 ou 4; R~ 2~ é hidrogênio ou C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila; R~ 3~ e R~ 4~ são independentemente hidrogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila ou halogênio; n é 0, 1 ou 2; R~ 5~ é C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ haloalquila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquenila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquinila, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ haloalcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquil-S(O)~ n2~, (C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquil)~ 2~NS(O)~ 2~, C~ 1~-C~ 4~ alquil-S(O)~ 2~O, halogênio, nitro ou ciano; n~ 2~ é 0,1 ou 2; Q é OH, halogênio ou um grupo e R~ 6~ a R~ 14~, W, Y e n~ 6~ são como definidos na reivindicação 1, e sais e estereoisómeros agroquimicamente aceitáveis desses compostos de fórmula I possuem boas propriedades herbicidas seletivas pré- e pós-emergência. Estão descritos a preparação dos compostos e seu uso como ingredientes ativos herbicidas.
