Abstract

"APARELHO DE DISTRIBUIçãO PARA DISTRIBUIR UM PRODUTO A PARTIR DE UM RECIPIENTE SOB PRESSãO DE UM PROPELENTE , êMBOLO COMPóSITO PARA USO NO APARELHO DE DISTRIBUIçãO, E, RECIPIENTE". Um aparelho de distribuição para distribuir um produto a partir de um recipiente sob pressão de um propelente por meio de um êmbolo compósito (138). O aparelho possui uma válvula (104) operada por meio de um atuador (108) e uma alavanca (166). O atuador coopera com a válvula e alavanca por meio de uma disposição rosqueada tipo parafuso (110), de forma que a rotação relativa do atuador para a alavanca varia a taxa de fluxo do produto para fora do aparelho. A válvula é um tubo cilíndrico oco (104) que é aberto em uma extremidade e fechado na segunda extremidade, permanentemente ou por meio de uma válvula tipo aba (112) que permite a inserção do produto. Um número de portas (1 16) são dispostas em torno da circunferência do tubo (104) adjacente à segunda extremidade para permitir que o produto flua através da válvula quando a alavanca é operada. O êmbolo compósito (138) compreende um primeiro pistão (140a) acoplado a um segundo pistão (140b) por caules centrais mutuamente engatáveis (142a, b) e encerrando entre os pistões uma substância viscosa que entra em contato com a parede interna do recipiente para fornecer uma vedação efetiva.
