Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE áCIDO L-DIHIDROORóTICO E EMPREGO DO MESMO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para obtenção de ácido L-dihidroorótico por cromatografia em um material de troca aniónico em uma mistura de base de água sob uma pressão de cerca de 1,1 Mpa a cerca de 40 Mpa. O processo pode ser usado para investigar a atividade in vitro e in vivo de N-(4-trifluormetilfenil)-5-metilisoxazol-4-carboxamida, N-(4-trifluormetilfenil)-2-ciano-3-hidroxicrontonamida e compostos semelhantes.
