Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE FOLHAS DE DUAS OU MAIS CORES, FOLHAS DE QUADRO DE DISTRIBUIçãO, FOLHAS DE PAINEL DE INSTRUMENTO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo e a um processo para a fabricação de folhas de duas ou mais cores, constituídas por no mínimo duas esteiras de folhas ou tiras de esteiras de folhas de cores diferentes dispostas lado a lado, empregando-se um dispositivo que contém no mínimo dois extrusores e um bocal de extrusão de vários canais a ele ligado, com um lábio de saída de bocal, sendo que cada um dos extrusores acha-se dimensionado para o fornecimento de uma respectiva corrente de massa de diferentes cores e sendo que o bocal de extrusão de vários canais apresenta no mínimo duas aberturas de entrada, as quais ficam ligadas respectivamente, através de linhas de alimentação, com uma saída de um extrusor. Segundo a invenção, o bocal de extrusão de vários canais apresenta, na região da junção de pelo menos duas correntes de massa, uma viga de guia que se estende paralelamente ou quase paralelamente ao lábio de saída, e sendo que dois canais de fluxo adjacentes, ligados com as respectivas linhas de alimentação, com a respectiva corrente de massa de cor diferente dentro do bocal de extrusão de vários canais, inicialmente separados espacialmente alargam-se na direção do lábio de saída e são guiados passando junto a duas diferentes superfícies da viga de guia. As folhas assim fabricadas podem ser providas, em seguida, de diferentes modelos de estampagem, sendo que a linha divisória entre os modelos de estampagem coincide com a linha divisória de cores. Quanto à forma preferida de execução, tomam-se como referências as reivindicações.
