Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FILAMENTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a produção de filamentos, em particular, a partir de um polímero termoplástico, no qual os filamentos emergem das aberturas de matriz (para produção de filamentos) de uma placa matriz (para produção de filamentos). Um dispositivo de distribuição é fornecido para distribuir o polímero fundido sendo suprido através de uma largura de fiação preliminar. Pelo menos uma placa de distribuição permutável com várias aberturas de distribuição que são distribuídas através da largura de fiação está disposta a jusante do dispositivo de distribuição. A placa matriz (para produção de filamentos) permutável está disposta a jusante da placa de distribuição, no qual a dita placa matriz (para produção de filamentos) contém canais de matriz (para produção de filamentos) que são distribuídos através da largura de fiação final. A largura de fiação definida pelas aberturas de distribuição é menor ou maior que a largura de fiação preliminar, e a largura de fiação preliminar pode ser reduzida ou aumentada para a largura de fiação final com o auxílio da placa de distribuição. A largura de fiação final desejada pode ser ajustada pela permuta da placa de distribuição.
