Abstract

DISPOSITIVOS PARA A REDUçãO DE PASSAGENS LATERAIS DO VAPOR EM GUARNIçõES DE COLUNAS E PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM Descreve-se uma aparelhagem para troca de calor e/ou massa entre uma corrente de líquido em escoamento e uma corrente de vapor em escoamento. A aparelhagem inclui uma seção substancialmente cilíndrica de uma coluna apresentando uma parede interna, e um encaixe de guarnição disposto no interior da seção da coluna. O encaixe de guarnição apresenta uma superfície externa distanciada da parede interna da seção da coluna. A aparelhagem inclui também mecanismo de restrição para a minimização do fluxo de corrente de vapor no espaço entre a parede interna da seção da coluna e a superfície externa do encaixe de guarnição.
