"FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO CODIFICADOR DE TODA OU UMA PARTE SUBSTANCIAL DE UMA PROTEìNA DE FATOR 1 ASSOCIADA A XIAP, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, POLIPEPTìDIO DE FATOR 1 ASSOCIADO A XIAP, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UMA PROTEìNA INIBIDORA DE APOPTOSE EM UMA CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO CODIFICADOR DE TODA OU UMA PARTE SUBSTANCIAL DE UMA SEQuêNCIA DE AMINOáCIDO CODIFICADORA DE UMA PROTEìNA INIBIDORA DE APOPTOSE E SEU PRODUTO" A presente invenção refere-se a um fragmento de ácido nucléico isolado codificador de uma proteína inibidora de apoptose. A presente invenção também se refere à construção de um gene quimérico que codifique a proteína inibidora de apoptose, no todo ou em parte, em orientação de sentido favorável ou contrário, em que a expressão do gene quimérico resulte na produção de níveis alterados da proteína inibidora de apoptose em uma célula hospedeira transformada.
