Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA REMOVER áCIDOS ORGâNICOS, METAIS PESADOS E ENXOFRE DE UM óLEO CRU DE PARTIDA" A presente invenção está direcionada a um processo para a extração de ácidos orgânicos, incluindo ácidos naftênicos, metais pesados e enxofre de um óleo cru de partida e que compreende as etapas de: (a) tratar o óleo cru de partida contendo ácidos orgânicos, metais pesados e enxofre com uma quantidade de uma amina etoxilada e água nas condições e durante um período de tempo e uma temperatura suficientes para formar uma emulsão água-em-óleo de um sal de amina onde a mencionada amina etoxilada apresenta a fórmula (I): onde m = 1 a 10 e R = hidrocarboneto C~ 3~ a C~ 6~; (b) separar a mencionada emulsão da etapa (a) em diversas camadas, onde uma dessas camadas contém um óleo cru tratado que possui quantidades decrescidas de ácidos orgânicos, metais pesados e enxofre; (c) recuperar a mencionada camada da etapa (b) que contém o mencionado óleo cru tratado com quantidades decrescidas de ácidos orgânicos, metais pesados e enxofre e as camadas contendo água e o sal de amina etoxilada.
