De acordo com a invenção, a base pesada (18) apresenta orifícios (18b, 18c, 18d, 18e) que a atravessam de sua face inferior à sua face superior para permitir um escoamento de água através dos referidos orifícios (18b, 18c, 18d, 18e) durante sua descida em direção ao fundo subaquático.
